Itinerary Details

Day 01 Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station and drive to Gangtok (approx. 125 km / 4 hours), the capital city of Sikkim. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. You may choose to explore the local markets or relax at the hotel.

Day 02 Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Visit key attractions in Gangtok, such as the Enchey Monastery, Institute of Tibetology, Ganesh Tok, and Flower Exhibition Center. End the day with a visit to MG Road, the heart of the city, for some shopping and local delicacies.

Day 03 Excursion to Changu / Tsomgo Lake / Nathula

Take a day trip to the breathtaking Changu/Tsomgo Lake (approx. 40 km from Gangtok), located at an altitude of 3,753 meters. Optional visit to Nathula Pass (subject to permit availability), which is near the Indo-China border. Return to Gangtok in the evening and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 04 Transfer to Lachung

Drive to Lachung (approx. 118 km / 6 hours), a quaint village located at an altitude of 2,750 meters in North Sikkim. En route, visit the Seven Sisters Waterfall and the Naga Waterfall. Arrive in Lachung by late afternoon and check into your hotel.

Day 05 Yumthang Sightseeing and Transfer to Gangtok

Explore the beautiful Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers, which is situated at an altitude of 3,564 meters. After enjoying the stunning scenery, return to Lachung for lunch, and then proceed back to Gangtok (approx. 118 km / 6 hours).

Day 06 Departure transfer to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB)
