Itinerary Details

Day 01 Arrive in Gangtok

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station and transfer to Gangtok (approx. 125 km / 4 hours). The capital city of Sikkim, Gangtok is known for its scenic beauty and vibrant culture. Check into your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 02 Gangtok - Lachen

Drive to Lachen (approx. 120 km / 6 hours), located at an altitude of 2,750 meters. En route, visit scenic spots such as the Seven Sisters Waterfalls and the Naga Waterfalls. Arrive in Lachen by late afternoon and check into your hotel.

Day 03 Lachen to Lachung via Gurudongmar Lake

Start early for a visit to Gurudongmar Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world, situated at an altitude of 5,430 meters. After the excursion, return to Lachen for lunch and proceed to Lachung (approx. 50 km / 2 hours). Arrive at Lachung and check into your hotel.

Day 04 Lachung to Gangtok via Yumthang Valley

Explore the beautiful Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers, situated at an altitude of 3,564 meters. After visiting the valley, return to Lachung for lunch and drive back to Gangtok (approx. 118 km / 6 hours).

Day 05 Gangtok to Nathula Pass, Changu Lake and Baba Mandir

Take a day trip to Nathula Pass (subject to permit availability), located at an altitude of 4,310 meters. Visit the nearby Changu/Tsomgo Lake and the sacred Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Return to Gangtok in the evening.
