Itinerary Details

Day 01 Guwahati – Gangtok

Start your journey from Guwahati and drive to Gangtok (approx. 520 km / 10-12 hours). On arrival, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing or exploring the local area.

Day 02 Gangtok

Explore the attractions of Gangtok, including Rumtek Monastery, Enchey Monastery, and Do Drul Chorten Stupa. Visit the Institute of Tibetology to learn about Tibetan culture and Buddhism. Spend the evening strolling through MG Road for local shopping.

Day 03 Gangtok- Tsomgo Lake - Nathula Pass – Gangtok

Take a day trip to Tsomgo Lake (approx. 38 km / 2 hours), a glacial lake situated at an altitude of 12,310 feet. Continue to Nathula Pass (subject to permit availability), which forms a part of the Indo-China border. Return to Gangtok in the evening.

Day 04 Gangtok - Ravangla – Namchi

After breakfast, drive to Ravangla (approx. 68 km / 2.5 hours), known for its scenic beauty and the Buddha Park. Continue to Namchi (approx. 25 km / 1 hour), where you can visit the famous Char Dham and Samdruptse Hill. Enjoy the serene surroundings of these hill stations.

Day 05 Namchi - Bagdogra Airport / Railway Station

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station (approx. 125 km / 4 hours) for your onward journey, concluding your 5-day tour of Gangtok, Ravangla, and Namchi.
